Imperial

Imperial is a type of Feudal government, it is exclusive to the Byzantine and Roman empires.

Unlike standard feudalism, imperial rulers cannot imprison without just reason, do not get wrong government opinion penalty, cannot create empires, cannot usurp empires and kingdoms, can retract vassals without tyranny, and cannot be granted kingdom or empire from character with a different government. Imperial rulers can hold castles, cities, and tribes of the same culture without penalties.

Imperial is the government of the Byzantine Empire.
